My Crazy Wedding

I created this blog so my readers can follow my crazy creation of two weddings. Why two weddings? My husband is from the East Coast and I am from the West Coast. Neither side can afford as a whole to traverse the entire span of the US as a whole which left me with the choice to either pick a family to celebrate with as a majority or split my limited funds and plan one for each side. So, here I am living in the middle and planning two weddings on a limited budget from afar. I can use all the help I can get and hopefully when all is said and done my journey can help you on yours.

A little background, when originally faced with this dilemma we took the easy way out and I blamed my age and the housing market for our choice to head to the court house and get married. In fairness to myself we did spend saved funds and reserves on a large house as the market was bottoming out and quickly became pregnant with our first child, we now have two, but finding a way to combine everyone and everything has been the stuff of my nightmares. I have decided that I have to take the plunge if I ever want a celebration for our marriage and there is no time like the present. Which pretty much brings you up to date! As an aside, if any happens to know David Tutera and wants to give him a ring for me I would gladly hand my dilemma to him, but since the chances of that are slim any tips or sponsors are welcome! Here we go, sound the wedding bells, to the aisle we go!
